The CHA-com paid tier adds four LLM-augmented capabilities, each progressively deeper: T0 enriches every DriftReport with LLM context; T1 proposes fixes for non-whitelisted drift; T2 plans multi-step remediations; T3 proposes new runbooks against your Vault. All four require human approval via signed-JWT URLs delivered to Slack or ticket. Without the click, nothing mutates.
